Return open videos
Videos nobody is making yet can be returned at any time (“Return open videos”). We refund the full price to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Videos in progress
Once someone takes on a video, they have 48 hours to post it. If no link is submitted, the video is automatically open again afterwards and can be returned.
Delivered videos
A posted, checked video is delivered and is not refunded. Exception: you report it within 7 days for a rule violation and the report is upheld. Then the video is open again.
Right of withdrawal for consumers
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Agentwave Ltd, Centris Business Gateway, Level 4/W, Triq Is-Salib Ta' L-Imriehel, Central Business District, Zone 3, Birkirkara CBD 3020, Malta, email: office@agentwave.ltd) of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (e.g. by email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this.
If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you pay us a reasonable amount for the part already provided up to your withdrawal, i.e. for videos already delivered.
The right of withdrawal expires once we have fully provided the service, if performance began only after your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal on full performance.
